      Zásilkovna:

      • Up to 5 kg - price 89 CZK,
      • From 5 to 10 kg - price 175 CZK
      • The package is delivered to your chosen pick-up point the day after dispatch. You can track your package online or via a mobile app. Once the package is delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS and an email with a password for collection. If you cannot pick up the package within 7 days, simply send a reply SMS to extend the period up to 21 days.

      Zásilkovna to Slovakia:

      • Up to 5 kg - price 99 CZK,
      • From 5 to 10 kg - price 189 CZK
      • The package is delivered to your chosen pick-up point. You can track your package online or via a mobile app. Once the package is delivered to the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS and an email with a password for collection. If you cannot pick up the package within 7 days, simply send a reply SMS to extend the period up to 21 days.

      GLS Courier to Address (CZ and SK):

      • Delivery to address: from 99 CZK, price varies by weight. The package is delivered the day after dispatch, and the courier will inform you via SMS.

      GLS Pick-up Box / Pick-up Point (only CZ):

      • Delivery to a pick-up point or GLS box: 69 CZK. Not applicable for oversized packages. The package is delivered the day after dispatch, and the courier will inform you via SMS.

      Personal Collection:


      • Myší doupě Store:
        • Personal collection is possible during the following opening hours: Mon, Tue - 8:30 - 11:30, Wed 13 - 16, Thu, Fri - 8:30 - 11:30
        • You can find us at Mezi Vodami 2282/29b, Prague 12 - Modřany, on the 1st floor.

    • Payment Methods:

      Bank Transfer:

      • Fee 0 CZK
      • Payment details (QR code) are included in the order confirmation.
      • Pay the order amount either by selecting the bank from which you will make the payment (you will then be redirected directly to your bank's form) or via a regular bank transfer to our account no. 2601893982/2010.
      • The order number serves as the variable symbol.
      • Applicable for all shipping methods.
      • Goods are dispatched after the full amount is credited to the account.

      Cash on Delivery - Zásilkovna and Balíkovna:

      • Fee 30 CZK
      • Pay the order amount in cash or by card upon collection.

      Cash on Delivery - PPL:

      • Fee 45 CZK within the Czech Republic

      Credit Card:

      • Online payments are provided by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured, and all information is encrypted.

      Bank Transfer with Payment Gateway Link:

      • Instant payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway will redirect you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the pre-prepared payment order.

      • After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately, and we will proceed with processing the order without delay.
